TEXTUAL-CONVENTION
The Emulated Circuit Identifier (ECID) is a 20 bit unsigned binary field containing an identifier for the circuit being emulated. ECIDs have local significance only and are associated with a specific MAC address. Therefore the SAP can have a different ECID for each direction.
