The desired state of the temperatuure monitor. When a managed system initializes, all the temperature monitors start with sensorTempMonitorAdminStatus in the down(2) state, it's a default state also. As a result of either explicit management action or per configuration information retained by the managed system, sensorTempMonitorAdminStatus is then changed to the up(1) state (or remains in the down(2) state).

The value shutdown(2) indicates that TEMP-MONITOR should be shutdown in the device on all temperature sensors.
