TEXTUAL-CONVENTION
A set of data rates the radio must NOT use to transmit data. Each octet contains a value representing a rate. Each rate shall be within the range from 2 to 127, corresponding to data rates in increments of 500 kbit/s from 1 Mbit/s to 63.5 Mbit/s. If no such constraint is present in the system configuration, the zero-length OCTET STRING will be reported.
