A hpicfBridgeLoopProtectLoopDetectedNotification signifies that a loop has been detected by the loop protection protocol. Generation of this notification is controlled by hpicfBridgeLoopProtectTrapLoopDetectEnable. To prevent excessive notifications this trap is rate-limited to allow a maximum of 1 notifications every 30 seconds. Notifications that are not sent due to rate-limiting are dropped, and not queued up to be sent later.
